Case Engelen

President

Prior to founding Titoma Case served for 5 years as the Managing Director of WeLL Design Taiwan, which he built into Taiwan’s most successful foreign Industrial Design firm. Under Case’s management, WeLL Taiwan designed and engineered high-tech products for corporations such as Polaroid, Microtek, NEC, LG, Princeton Graphics and Acer. His team was acknowledged by Business Week Magazine and won numerous design awards and more importantly, the 1999 “Best of Comdex”, for an innovative PC tablet [the Qbe case study]. Case has an Ms in Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and is fluent in English, Chinese, French and Dutch.

Bryan Moore

Managing Director Titoma Taipei

Bryan has over 10 years experience directing projects in Asia and the United States with a strong emphasis on software development, database integration, multimedia projects, and GUI design for computers, hand-held devices, and trade kiosks. He has worked with clients such as Sony, Panasonic, Acer, MSI, Merck, and the EPA. Bryan has a technical degree from the University of Wisconsin and speaks Chinese, Tagalog, and a smattering of Spanish.

Walter Burt

Managing Director Titoma Shanghai

Walter has been doing business in China since 1990, and brings more than fourteen years of experience in Asian industrial component sourcing and quality control. He is an American and speaks Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, and has a fair command of three other Chinese dialects. Heading manufacturing operations in Shanghai, Walter’s China team has experience in core manufacturing processes such as plastic injection, rubber compression molding, metal stampings, die-casting, sand casting, and lost wax casting. He handles our labor intensive, high volume projects.

Cornelius Bakker

Managing Director Titoma Guangzhou

Starting his China adventure 11 years ago, Cornelius has witnessed the great changes and developments in China, which gave him a deep insight in the culture and behaviour of Chinese people, both in a social and in a business sense. Cornelius’ team aims to become leading in product engineering and mould making. Cornelius Bakker is also board member of the EU chamber of commerce in South China.

Bill Myers

Director of Electronics

Bill is Titoma’s inventor in residence; he has over 20 years experience doing research for the US military, owns numerous patents and is an expert in electronics and chemistry, especially anything to do with light: (blue) lasers, UVA, UVC, LED, optic fiber, liquid light pipes, light boxes, custom light bulbs and LEDs, power supplies and ballast etc. Bill has an extensive network of resources all over Asia and the US, and knows how to arrange prototyping and production in such a way that Intellectual Property doesn’t leak out.

Owen Chen

Manager Mechanical Enginering

Owen Chen is our mechinal engineer, specialized in consumer electronics. Owen is an experienced R&D team manager, and an expert in product development cost evaluation, process management and problem-solving. He has worked on many succesful LCD, remote control and audio products for companies such as Elytone Electronic, Arima Computer Corp. and AG Neovo.

Markus Olsson

Country Manager Sweden

Markus Olsson represents Titoma for Sweden. Markus is a experienced engineer in the fields of hardware development, taking the product from idea to realization and industrialization. His main fields of expertise are in digital electronics, PCB Design, Ethernet, IPTV Products.

Ronald Hartmann

Country Manager Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and French speaking countries

In his early career Ronald developed great expertise in the fields of product design and product development. As a marketing and sales consultant, he worked with major multinationals and local companies in the fields of watches, consumer electronics, fashion jewelry & accessories, perfumes, household products, promotional sales. In these projects he would focus on all aspects relevant to the final business plan: commercial viability, marketing and sales strategies, production facilities, packaging and POS material. With his unique mix of design, marketing and sales knowledge, and being fluent in French, German, English and Dutch, Ronald represents Titoma in Germany, Switzerland and Austria as well as in France and French speaking countries.

Daniele Fuligno

Country Manager Italy

Born in 1964, married and father of one, Daniele Fuligno is a manager with a strong export vocation and over 20-yr experience in international sales and marketing of non -food consumer products, matured within different retail formats and consumer brands.

After taking care of developing and promoting export sales on behalf of Italian and European companies, over the past 10 years he has matured a growing experience managing trade relationships between Western and Chinese manufacturing counterparts and promoting supply, cooperation and strategic partnership ( JV ) agreements.

Whilst Italian is his mother tongue, he is also fluent in English, Spanish, French and German - having besides a basic knowledge of Chinese Mandarin.

Don Maga

Director of Product Development Canada

Don Maga, President of Seltomar International represents Titoma in Canada, assisting startups with design development and the necessary financing that is required to launch a new product. Don brings almost thirty years experience in sales and marketing and has been developing products with many Chinese manufacturers since 1999.

Thomas Craft

Regional Manager USA West Coast

Tom has extensive experience in product research and development, engineering, business development and operations, as well as P&L management and marketing. He is a holder of 3 US patents. Tom has led 3 successful startup ventures within 10 years and has proven success in identifying market trends and launching new technology into markets at the right time. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong and China.

John Paul Cana

Regional Manager USA East Coast

With extensive technical leadership in R & D both in large OEM/EMS company and in small start-up environment, John-Paul represents our USA Central/East Coast region and is familiar with the complete product development and manufacturing nuances. His background includes an astounding career as a Design Engineer to Director of Engineering in notable companies such as Uniden, Astec Custom Power, Nortel and Flextronics prior to leading Gintuga Technologies. He has 4 patents and also worked as a consultant for Cisco Broadband Wireless Business Unit (WiMAX) and Overhead Door. He has lived in Asia and North America including the Philippines, Japan, China, Canada and the US throughout his career.

Arthur Kater

Consultant for Software & GUI

Arthur has developed software for more than 15 years. The last 7 years he has been working in Taiwan as R&D and software manager for a number of Taiwanese companies in mobile computing and telecom. This experience has made him an expert in close coordination with the hardware manufacturing engineers on the one hand, and with 3rd parties like Microsoft and software companies on the other. His focus has always been to present consumers with a GUI (Graphical User Interface) that is as straightforward and easy to use as possible. Most of his recent work has been based on the Windows XP, XP Tablet and CE platforms.

Bill Evans
