Cette société de design industriel qu'il dirigeait est devenue en quelques années, la compagnie étrangère de design industriel la plus développée à Taiwan. WeLL Taiwan a ainsi assuré la conception et le design de nombreux produits de haute technologie pour le compte de groupes tels que Polaroid, Microtek, NEC, LG, Princeton Graphics et Acer. Robert has over 10 years experience in managing electronics projects in Asia and more specifically a rich experience in complex development and QC projects. He has a sales background and has become an expert in producht branding and launching new products. Robert works with clients such as DaimlerChrysler and General Motors. For example, he achieved a 83% cost reduction on back-up alarm systems. This Mandarin-speaking American heads Titoma's office in Taipei.

Walter a commencé à travailler pour son compte en Chine en 1990. Il a plus de 12 ans d’expérience dans la recherche de composants industriels asiatiques et dans le domaine du contrôle de la qualité. De nationalité américaine, il parle couramment le mandarin, le russe, l’espagnol et comprend 3 dialectes chinois. Il dirige les opérations de Titoma à Shanghai. L’équipe de Walter possède de l’expérience dans les procédés de fabrication tel que l’injection plastique, le moulage par compression en caoutchouc, estampage du métal, l’injection des métaux sous pression, le coulage en sable et la fonderie en cire perdue. Walter s’occupe de nombreux projets très larges et exigeant un travail manuel intense.

Cornelius' team aims to become leading in product engineering and mould making. Cornelius Bakker is also board member of the EU chamber of commerce in South China.

He has worked on many succesful LCD, remote control and audio products for companies such as Elytone Electronic, Arima Computer Corp. and AG Neovo.

Country Manager Germany

Ramin Hosseiny received his M.Sc. degree (Diplom Engineer) in electrical and medical engineering from Aachen University of Technology (RWTH) in Germany. His areas of interest for R&D include Telecommunication, autonomous intelligent systems, medical engineering and mechatronics. By Ericsson Eurolab Deutschland he was four years involved in development of the GPRS data transfer protocols for mobile networks. He undertook 4 years applied research at the Institute of Autonomus Intelligent Systems (AIS) of Fraunhofer Geselschaft where he developed a noval tracking system based on optical analog sensors (silicon retina) for soccer robots. Within the scope of medical engineering he made 5 years significant contributions to development of some award-winning medical devices. In recent years he was active in an international level for business, development and mass production of electronic devices.

Markus Olsson represents Titoma for Sweden. Markus is a experienced engineer in the fields of hardware development, taking the product from idea to realization and industrialization. His main fields of expertise are in digital electronics, PCB Design, Ethernet, IPTV Products.

Dès le début de sa carrière, Ronald a acquis une large expérience en design et développement produit. En tant que consultant marketing et vente il a travaillé avec des multinationales et des PME dans des domaines aussi variés que l’horlogerie, l’électronique, les bijoux fantaisie et accessoires de mode, les parfums, les produits ménagers et les cadeaux d’affaires. Lors de ces projets il se concentrait sur tous les aspects en relation avec le business plan final : viabilité commerciale, stratégies marketing et vente, la production, l’emballage et matériel PLV. Avec son mélange unique de connaissances en design, marketing et vente ainsi que sa parfaite maîtrise du Français, de l’Allemand, de l’Anglais et du Hollandais, Ronald représente Titoma pour la Suisse et l’Autriche.

Born in 1959, joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey. Served as clerical and officer position at the various departments at the Ministry's headquarter. He worked its missions at the Turkish Embassy in Dublin-ireland, and the Turkish Consulate General in Chicago, IL, USA. He returned home in 2005 from Chicago, IL, and retired from the Ministry. He has gone into international consultancy business in 2006 aiming to act as a bridge between international businesses and his native country's counterpart businesses for joint business ventures and trading needs. He has been active in international business with the cooperation of international trading companies-business associates located in Azerbaijan, Jordan, USA, Canada. Married with two children.

Don Maga, President of Seltomar International represents Titoma in Canada, assisting startups with design development and the necessary financing that is required to launch a new product. Don brings almost thirty years experience in sales and marketing and has been developing products with many Chinese manufacturers since 1999.

Regional Manager USA East Coast

Joe Fernandez, president of ETS, represents Titoma for the East Coast. Joe is an accomplished electronics/software engineer with over seventeen years experience with firms like Motorola, and over 35 utility patents. His main fields of expertise are in power supplies/batteries, wireless design and internet appliances. His firm ETS provides 'concept-to-product' design development in close cooperation with Titoma, thus optimizing the products for low cost Manufacturing in China. Joe has been at the forefront of battery systems development such as Lithium Ion, Lithium Polymer, NiMH, NiCd, fuel cells. He has also developed a number of wireless products using Bluetooth, Zigbee, IEEE 802.11 and Cellular. Joe's internet appliance experience includes development of routers and DSL modems for major manufactures. Joe is fluent in English and Spanish.

Consultant for Software & GUI

Arthur has developed software for more than 15 years. The last 7 years he has been working in Taiwan as R&D and software manager for a number of Taiwanese companies in mobile computing and telecom. This experience has made him an expert in close coordination with the hardware manufacturing engineers on the one hand, and with 3rd parties like Microsoft and software companies on the other. His focus has always been to present consumers with a GUI (Graphical User Interface) that is as straightforward and easy to use as possible. Most of his recent work has been based on the Windows XP, XP Tablet and CE platforms.

Il fut celui qui écrivit le premier code de transmission de données sans fil en 1982, fut à l’origine du concept du serveur Terminal, écrivit la première version chinoise du logiciel téléphonique portable AMPS/ETACS, assura le développement du concept de communications de données rurales et implémenta des centaines de systèmes dans le monde entier. Il fut la force motrice derrière le terminal Inmarsat M Briefcase et possède de l’expertise dans le domaine de la réglementation et la conformité technique des réseaux informatiques des systèmes financiers bancaires. Egalement diplômé de mathématiques en Allemagne, il parle, lit et écrit couramment en plusieurs langues y compris le chinois. Il a travaillé comme consultant exécutif pour d’importantes entreprises mondiales principalement en Asie.
