PCB Manufacturing China & Taiwan

By taking into consideration the standard form factors in which PCB is supplied in Asia a clever engineer will optimize the size of the PCB of his product to avoid wastage. By using screw holes of 1mm instead of .5 mm we save even more money, because we know this is much more efficient on the drills.

It's the little details like these that can make all the difference when you really need to compete in a tough market. Titoma has the intimate knowledge of Asian manufacturing techniques that to deliver true Design For Asian Manufacturing.

Titoma prefers to ship completely assembled units, such that we get to do the tooling, assembly, testing and packaging, all of which are labor intensive, and thus offer great opportunities for us to save you money.

For orders concerning just PCB we work with a Minimum Order of US$ 50,000, below this volume the cost savings are often outweighed by the extra transport and handling.

PCB Assembly orders can be interesting at lower quantities when we are allowed to substitute Western brand name components with Asian equivalents, see Component Sourcing.
